Ilia was punctual, friendly, and professional throughout the trip. What impressed us most was his excellent driving skills. The roads around Masca are challenging, with many sharp turns and steep sections, but we always felt completely safe and comfortable. From the moment he arrived, everything was first class. He was right on time for our pickup, friendly, and immediately made us feel comfortable. Throughout the day, Ilia shared so much fascinating information about Tenerife, Teide National Park, the volcanic landscape, and the island’s history. His knowledge really added another dimension to the experience and made us appreciate everything we were seeing. He also knew all the best photo locations and gave us great suggestions along the way. One of the nicest touches was that he took candid photos of my partner and me throughout the tour, allowing us to simply enjoy the moment instead of worrying about getting the perfect picture ourselves. The highlight of the day was sunset. Ilia brought us to a spectacular viewpoint, carefully laid out a blanket and a beautifully prepared picnic. Watching the sun set above the clouds while enjoying the food was an unforgettable experience and the perfect ending to an amazing day.
