4. Services and Private Tours
Private Tour Tenerife offers tailor-made adventures and tours. All tour options require our confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Reservations must be made no later than 24 hours before the tour day unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment Policy
Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce using international credit/debit cards. Your financial data is handled directly by the payment gateway under PCI-DSS standards. Private Tour Tenerife does not store your full card details.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Cruises & Private Tours)
Due to the nature of our services in Tenerife, the following specific conditions apply:
Cruise Ship Passengers: If your cruise ship is unable to dock at the Port of Tenerife (Santa Cruz or Los Cristianos) due to weather conditions or force majeure, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Customer Cancellations: * Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or "no-shows": No refund will be provided.
Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to EU law, the right of withdrawal (14 days) does not apply to services related to leisure activities or transport if the contract provides for a specific date of performance.
7. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important. Our website uses Wordfence Security to protect your data and prevent cyberattacks. By using our forms or payment gateway, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which details our use of cookies, Hostinger servers, and Facebook Pixel.
